These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ecosolution website, online store, products, services, and membership program.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a PRIME membership, you agree to these Terms of Use and our other applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Returns & Replacement Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and another Ecosolution policy, the specific policy governing the relevant subject matter will apply to that subject matter, unless otherwise required by law.
1. About Ecosolution
Ecosolution (“we”, “our” and/or “us”) is a B2B supply shop and warehouse club serving businesses on Siquijor Island, Philippines. We provide essential operational supplies, food and beverage products, packaging, cleaning products, kitchen supplies, and other business essentials.
Our website may offer products and pricing intended for different types of customers, including Standard and PRIME members.
2. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to place orders and access available website features.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating or maintaining your account, including your name, business information, contact details, and delivery information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access not caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
Ecosolution reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse of the website, or violation of these Terms.
3. PRIME Membership
PRIME is Ecosolution’s paid membership program that provides eligible members with additional benefits, including access to member pricing, exclusive offers and discounts, selected products and variations, and applicable member delivery rates.
3.1 Membership Term
A PRIME membership is valid for one (1) year from the date and time of activation.
A PRIME membership becomes active after Ecosolution confirms and activates the membership following successful payment.
PRIME membership does not automatically renew. Customers who wish to continue receiving PRIME benefits after their membership expires must purchase a new membership.
3.2 Member Pricing and Exclusive Products
Member pricing, exclusive offers, and PRIME-exclusive products and variations are available only to customers with an active PRIME subscription.
Customers must have an active PRIME subscription at the time of purchase to access these benefits.
When a PRIME membership expires, access to member pricing, exclusive products, and exclusive product variations will end.
Ecosolution may change, add, remove, or discontinue member benefits, products, variations, or pricing from time to time. Changes generally apply prospectively and will not affect benefits or pricing already applied to a confirmed order.
3.3 Membership Eligibility
PRIME membership benefits are linked to the customer’s Ecosolution account.
A PRIME membership may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used through another account unless expressly authorized by Ecosolution.
Customers must be signed in to the account associated with their active PRIME membership to receive applicable membership benefits.
Ecosolution may verify membership status before applying member pricing, processing an order, or providing other PRIME benefits.
3.4 Membership Fee
The PRIME membership fee displayed on the Ecosolution website at the time of purchase applies to the membership being purchased.
Membership fees are separate from product purchases, delivery charges, and other applicable fees. PRIME membership fees are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be paid in advance through Direct Bank Transfer.
PRIME membership fees are non-refundable once membership has been activated, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3.5 Membership Expiration
When a PRIME membership expires:
- Member pricing will no longer be available;
- PRIME-exclusive products will no longer be available for purchase;
- PRIME-exclusive product variations will no longer be available for purchase; and
- PRIME member delivery rates will no longer apply.
Customers may continue using their Ecosolution account and place orders under the applicable standard customer pricing and delivery rates.
4. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, availability, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Product availability may change without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Ecosolution may contact the customer to discuss an alternative product, revised quantity, removal of the item, or another available solution.
Ecosolution reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, availability, and other website errors.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Philippine Pesos (₱), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may differ depending on membership status, product variation, applicable offers, or other conditions displayed on the website.
PRIME members may receive member-exclusive pricing on eligible products.
Ecosolution reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders, except where necessary to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or system error, Ecosolution may contact the customer before fulfilling the order to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
6. Orders
Placing an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to product availability, customer information, delivery requirements, and confirmation by Ecosolution.
We may contact you to confirm order details, product availability, delivery arrangements, or other information necessary to process your order.
An order is considered confirmed only after Ecosolution has reviewed and accepted the order for processing. An automated order acknowledgement or Order ID does not, by itself, guarantee product availability or constitute final acceptance of the order.
Ecosolution reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
7. Delivery
Ecosolution provides delivery primarily within Siquijor Island. Delivery charges depend on the customer’s membership status and delivery area (ZIP code).
The applicable delivery rates are published in our Delivery Policy and may be updated from time to time.
Store Pickup is available at no additional charge, subject to order readiness and applicable pickup arrangements.

8. Returns and Replacements
Ecosolution aims to provide products that match the customer’s order.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Because Ecosolution operates primarily as a B2B supplier and many products are consumable, food-related, bulk-packaged, or operational supplies, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
Returns and replacements are subject to our Returns & Replacement Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using, storing, and handling products according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
This is particularly important for food, beverages, cleaning chemicals, and other products that require specific storage, handling, or safety precautions.
Ecosolution is not responsible for damage, loss, or product issues resulting from improper storage, handling, misuse, modification, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse the Ecosolution website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or website functions;
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
- Interfere with the website or its security;
- Use automated methods to improperly access or collect website information; or
- Engage in activity that may harm Ecosolution, its customers, suppliers, or website operations.
Ecosolution reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website or an account where these Terms are violated.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of the Ecosolution website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, branding, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ecosolution unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use Ecosolution website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, protection, and handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
Ecosolution makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information and reliable website operations. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ecosolution is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including website interruptions, delivery delays, severe weather, road conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Ecosolution may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, membership program, delivery arrangements, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
